All 4 members of the leadership team (principal, AP, 2 counselors) meet on a regular basis with all students to ensure emotional and academic success. 1-1 interventions occur on a regular basis with principal funding for tutors to come in and work with students struggling in certain college courses. 2nd counselor was added to leadership team this year due to principal asking school board for 2 years to increase the support for the students.
