School is doing a complete reevaluation of the CTE programs and looking for areas to expand or update some of the programs.

Revamping the Middle School to add CTE courses that support STEM.

What tools or resources would be valuable to your campus to support your implementation of the blueprint?

Visits to other schools to see what programs that the have on campus.  This would enable us to grow in the STEM areas.

What have been your challenges and how have you addressed them?

Updating the CTE programs and equipment.  Currently staff is in the process of observing other CTE schools and ways they implement CTE courses at high school and at the middle school level.

Swivl program is a small robotic device that teachers can use to record themselves teaching. It follows them and records their teaching. Any other teachers or administrators can log on to the site and watch the lesson. Shallowater uses this in the rounds process.
