What have been your challenges and how have you addressed them?

Our school is surrounded by ECHSs and it is very difficult to recruit students as a result.  Will suggest to the superintendent to move the high school to another facility.

The needs to be a separate Secondary school built to increase the numbers at the high school level.  Same as above.

Very high Mobility rate of students.  Students leave because they want more courses or dual credit.  School is working with the EPCC to develop a plan.

Can't grow because of the closed in elementary, middle and high school.  Land locked area necessitates that movement of the high school to another location.  Working with the district.
