What have been your challenges and how have you addressed them?

Staff turn over has been the biggest challenge: addressed by hiring new staff and setting up strong mentoring/training program for the teachers.

Restructuring the middle and high school

New administration: hired experienced superintendent and principal to make changes in the campus.
