Describe campus/program, goals, and theory of change

Goals:

1. Create workforce pathways.

2. Manage the change in culture that is happening.

3. Market to the district as they do not seem to understand ECHS.

The 10th graders this year have discovered their "voice" and are challenging the administration with any boundaries or restrictions.

Campus is one to one laptops and uses Google classroom. I would have strongly agreed. However in every class I went in except for one, students were working alone on computers rather than using them as a tool.

Students have open access to courses. ECHS has many students who were previously in resource classes and in 504, most of whom are successful. Campus is looking for workforce opportunities for students who won't get the associates degree, but who are being successful at the HS portion of the ECHS.

Austin Community College - ECHS is located on the ACC campus and has full access to facilities. This campus seems to have a reasonably good relationship with ACC.
