Describe campus/program, goals, and theory of change

Knippa ISD is a small rural PK-12 school that is designated as 6-12 ECHS.  Their goal is to graduate 100% of their students with HS diploma and AA Degree.  Additionally they wished to create a college going culture in a small rural farming community and a program that would draw school age children into their small district or face consolidation with another ISD.  Since the start of this initiative, the District school population has grown from approximately 200 students to over 450 students.
