What areas of interest do you have for Technical Assistance (up to 3 areas, rank in order of importance)?

BM1:  Assistance strategies for all at-risk students to be successful and grow the maturity of all students;

BM 2:  Assistance with refining the MOU as we scale up to year 4 and obtaining waived college tuition/fees

BM 4 Assistance with developing and getting HS instructors that have DC credentials approved by the IHE;

What tools or resources would be valuable to your campus to support your implementation of the blueprint?

BM 4:  entry and release procedures for the program

BM 5:  building a TSI rubric for moving college eligible students to college ready student

BM 2:  MOU samples and funding sources

What have been your challenges and how have you addressed them?

The SWS Model is challenge with distractors that come from sharing the students with extracurricular activities and other programs.  There is a much higher expectation for the ECHS students and staff. We need to convey a better understanding what an ECHS student is and may not be. We are attempting to address this through a communication and outreach plan that will educate the District staff to attain common understanding of the program and its benefits.
