The Mission of David W Carter High School, leaders and learners of like vision, is to construct, for each student, a solid foundation for measurable success in higher learning and preparedness for career opportunities. As an ECHS we want to create a student who is able to manage time, behaviors, and self-advocate.
Carter ECHS has stayed true to the target population criteria and has worked really hard at aligning each student’s academic plan and schedule while provided that social-emotional support as the demands of the work increases.
